Johnny Joestar (voiced by Sakata Shogo) is a former genius jockey who is now partially paralyzed. In order to discover the secret of the spinning, he decides to participate in the North American transcontinental race 'Steel Ball Run' with Gyro.
Gyro Zeppeli (voiced by Azagami Yohei) is a mysterious outlaw who aims to win the Steel Ball Run. He controls steel balls with the ability to 'spin' them, allowing him to create mysterious phenomena.
