According to real estate agent Mark Silver, Lynch's estate consists of three houses and a pool house on a 2.3-acre plot. The houses were designed by Lloyd Wright, the son of the modern master Frank Lloyd Wright, and another renowned architect. The pool house was designed by Eric Lloyd Wright, a third-generation architect. Lynch has lived in the estate for over 35 years, and has left his signature touches throughout.
The living room is filled with light. The picture on the wall was painted by Lynch himself. The use of letters is unique.
A room that appears to have been an atelier.

The 'MULHOLLAND DR.' displayed on the wall is from one of the director's most famous works, 'Mulholland Drive,' which won the Best Director Award at the Cannes Film Festival.

It also appears to feature the same photograph that was used on the poster for his feature film directorial debut, Eraserhead.

Director Lynch is also a man who has worked on a variety of art projects, including paintings and sculptures, in addition to films, and it appears that the tools he used in his creations remain intact.
Silver said the property is priced at $15 million (approximately 2.2 billion yen).
