According to real estate agent Mark Silver, Lynch's estate consists of three houses and a pool house on a 2.3-acre plot. The houses were designed by Lloyd Wright, the son of the modern master Frank Lloyd Wright, and another renowned architect. The pool house was designed by Eric Lloyd Wright, a third-generation architect. Lynch has lived in the estate for over 35 years, and has left his signature touches throughout.

The living room is filled with light. The picture on the wall was painted by Lynch himself. The use of letters is unique.

The 'MULHOLLAND DR.' displayed on the wall is from one of the director's most famous works, 'Mulholland Drive,' which won the Best Director Award at the Cannes Film Festival.

Silver said the property is priced at $15 million (approximately 2.2 billion yen).
