To cook, first open the lid halfway and remove any dripping liquid.

After 5 minutes, discard the water.

Open the lid completely and pour in the liquid.

Mix well and it's done.

The taste was monotonous, and it was a pain to finish it all. The soy sauce-based soba noodles were quite salty, with a slight spiciness from the ginger. The aroma was soy sauce and pork, but perhaps because this aroma was weak, the flavor you get from the first bite continues from start to finish, and it's not very flavorful. The rich pork-based oil clings tightly to the noodles, but it's not as oily as you'd expect from the word 'greasy.' While it is certainly oily, it's a little lacking in flavor. However, because it's not too oily, it's easy to eat and gentle on the stomach. If you find it delicious at first bite, the portion is large enough that you might be satisfied, but if not, it will take some effort to finish it.
