Arrived at Burger King.

The desired 'Inferno the One Pounder' is being promoted.

I ordered the 'Inferno The One Pounder' and brought it home. It leaked a lot of juice and the bottom of the paper bag was wet.

This is the 'Inferno the One Pounder.' It has four flame-grilled patties and four slices of cheddar cheese. The meat juices and sauce leaked out quite easily, and by the time I got it home, which took about 15 minutes, the inside of the wrapper had become sticky.

When you remove the buns, it looks like this. The sauce is 'mayo sauce' and 'special spicy sauce' made with chili peppers, garlic, and bean paste.

Between the patties there was a generous amount of smoked spicy garlic flakes.

The actual weight is 431g. The official weight is 453g, but this is a reasonable weight considering the amount of sauce that leaked onto the wrapper.

I cut it in half and looked at the cross section. The meat was piled high and high, and at a glance, I knew it was going to be very satisfying.

When you try it, the flavor of Burger King's flame-grilled beef patty hits you right in the gut. The amount of cheese is just right, allowing you to taste the cheese without losing the flavor of the meat. The spiciness is something like 'a tingly tingle when the sauce gets on both sides of your mouth,' but it's not too spicy, just enough to stimulate your appetite and be acceptable to most people. The smoked, spicy garlic flakes are sandwiched between the meat, so you don't really taste the garlic when you bite into the burger, but as you chew, the garlic comes out and the punchy flavor hits you hard.

If it's just meat, you might get heartburn and get bored, but this burger is packed with sweet mayonnaise and punchy garlic flakes, so you can eat it without getting bored at all. The burger is big not only in size but also in Z-axis, so it's nice to open your mouth wide when you bite into it. The meat, oil, and garlic keep coming into your mouth, so it goes perfectly with a cola.

The price of the 'Inferno The One Pounder' is 2,090 yen (tax included) and will be available at all Burger King stores (excluding some stores) from September 5, 2025. It's limited in quantity, so we recommend getting one as soon as possible.
