We took a closer look at the dimensions and appearance of the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL, and also found a wireless charger compatible with the magnetically attached Pixelsnap.

On August 28, 2025, Google released the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. The phone I pre-ordered arrived in the afternoon of the release date, so I immediately unpacked it and took some photos.

The three Pixel 10 series devices and cases I purchased arrived individually packaged.

I bought one each of the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL.

◆Pixel 10
The contents of the Pixel 10 include the device, a USB Type-C cable, documentation, and a SIM pin.

This is the Pixel 10 itself. It measures 152.8mm high x 72mm wide x 8.6mm thick and weighs 204g. It comes in three colors: Indigo, Frost, Lemongrass, and Obsidian. I chose Indigo.

There is a SIM card slot on the top. This is a slight design change, as the Pixel 9 series has a SIM card slot on the bottom, and the Pixel 8 series and earlier had one on the side.

There is nothing on the left side.

On the right side are the volume and power buttons.

There was a USB Type-C port and a speaker on the bottom.

The back looks like this.

Although it is an unbranded model, it has three cameras on the rear camera bar: a 48MP wide-angle camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10.8MP telephoto camera. There is a light to the right of the camera.

◆Pixel 10 Pro
The contents of the Pixel 10 Pro remain the same: the device, USB Type-C cable, SIM pin, and documents.

This is the Pixel 10 Pro itself. It measures 152.8mm high x 72mm wide x 8.6mm thick, exactly the same as the Pixel 10. It weighs 207g, 3g heavier than the Pixel 10. The colors available are 'Moonstone,' 'Jade,' 'Porcelain,' and 'Obsidian,' and I chose 'Moonstone.'

This is the top. All three Pixel 10 series models have a SIM card slot on the top.

There is nothing on the left side.

On the right side are the volume button and power button.

There is a USB Type-C port and a speaker on the bottom.

The back looks like this.

Camera bar: A triple camera configuration of 50MP (wide-angle), 48MP (ultra-wide), and 48MP (telephoto).

Comparing the camera bars on the Pixel 10 (left) and Pixel 10 Pro (right) reveals the difference in the size of the internal camera unit. Also noteworthy is the fact that the Pixel 10 Pro has a temperature sensor located under the light.

◆Pixel 10 Pro XL
Lastly, we have the Pixel 10 Pro XL. The contents are the same as the other two.

The Pixel 10 Pro XL measures 162.8mm high x 76.6mm wide x 8.5mm thick, making it 10mm taller, 4.4mm wider, and 0.1mm thinner than the other two. It weighs 232g. It comes in the same colors as the Pixel 10 Pro: Moonstone, Jade, Porcelain, and Obsidian. I chose Jade.

There is a SIM card slot on the top.

There is nothing on the left side.

On the right side are the volume button and power button.

There was a USB Type-C port and a speaker on the bottom.

This is the back side.

The camera is exactly the same as the Pixel 10 Pro, with a triple camera setup of 50MP (wide-angle), 48MP (ultra-wide), and 48MP (telephoto).

◆Various comparisons
First, a rough size comparison. From left to right: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL. The Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro are the same size, with the Pixel 10 Pro XL being slightly larger.

The back looks like this. A minor difference is that the Pixel 10 has a polished back glass and a satin-finish aluminum frame, while the other two have a matte back glass and a polished aluminum frame. The Pixel 10 feels smooth to the touch, while the Pixel 10 Pro feels silky smooth.

The Pixel 10 Pro XL is 4.4mm wider than the others.

It's also 10mm taller.

The camera configuration is different only on the Pixel 10, so the difference in camera size is clearly visible.

When the screen is turned on, it looks like this. The screen size of the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro is 6.3 inches, and the Pixel 10 Pro XL is 6.8 inches.

All three models use organic EL displays. Detailed specifications are as follows:

Below is a comparison of the Pixel 9 (left) and Pixel 10 (right). The Pixel 9 is just 1mm thinner, but the dimensions are exactly the same. The weight is slightly heavier, at 198g for the Pixel 9 and 204g for the Pixel 10.

Below is a comparison of the Pixel 9 Pro XL (left) and Pixel 10 Pro XL (right). The size and thickness are exactly the same, but the Pixel 10 Pro XL is 11g heavier.

When I try holding the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro XL, it looks like this.

Here's the surface. The weight difference between the two is nearly 30g, so you can clearly tell the difference just by holding them in your hand.

There were no other noticeable differences, but in terms of the details, the depth from the speaker opening to the internal mesh part was different between the Pixel 10 and other models.

The Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL have a closer distance from the opening to the mesh.

◆Genuine Google case
This time I also purchased a case. The one on the left is compatible with both the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro, and the one on the right is the package for the Pixel 10 Pro XL.

This is what the inside looks like. Made of silicone and polycarbonate, it feels smooth to the touch. The size for the Pixel 10/Pixel 10 Pro is 157mm high x 76.2mm wide x 13.7mm thick, and weighs 34g. The size for the Pixel 10 Pro XL is 166.8mm high x 80.8mm wide x 13.7mm thick, and weighs 37.6g.

The color blends well with the main body and makes accents such as the 'G' mark stand out.

The back is made of microfiber material.

It has a smooth feel like a microfiber cleaning cloth.

The buttons are the same shape as the buttons on the smartphone itself and feel similar to the buttons on the phone.

When the cover is attached to the Pixel body, it looks like this.

The back side looks like this.

The finish is such that it smooths out the raised camera bar. One thing that bothers me is that even though it's made of silicone, it's not very flexible and is a little difficult to remove.

◆Ring stand
I also purchased

the Google Pixelsnap Ring Stand and Google Pixelsnap Charger (with stand) from Google's magnetic wireless charging brand, Pixelsnap. Google explains that Pixelsnap is 'Google Pixelsnap is the name of Google's new wireless charging that supports Qi2,' but the Google Pixelsnap Ring Stand does not have a charging function.

The contents of the ring stand are the main body and documents.

The main body is a flat stand, measuring 65.3mm in diameter, 3.9mm thick, and weighing 28g.

The mechanism by which the ring and magnet part are separated.

It magnetically attaches to the back of the Pixel 10 series and stays in place while the device is tilted.

This is what it looks like from the side. The angle is continuously adjustable, and it's firm enough that it won't budge even with the weight of the Pixel 10.

You can also leave it folded and attached to the back.

The original case has a magnet embedded in it, so it can be attached to the case.

The strong magnetic force means that even if you put your smartphone in the case and hold it by the ring, it will not fall off.

I recorded a video of attaching the Google Pixelsnap Ring Stand to the Pixel 10.

◆Charger (with stand)
The contents of the charger (with stand) are the main unit and documentation.

What caught my eye was that the documents were unusually thick, probably because they were written in the languages of each country.

The device measures 70mm wide x 110.6mm high x 75.7mm deep and weighs 404.5g.

This is what it looks like from the back.

The device comes with a wireless charger that can be removed by pushing it out from the back.

This is the charger. It can wirelessly charge the Pixel 10/Pixel 10 Pro at 15W and the Pixel 10 Pro XL at 25W. It can also charge other Qi 2.0 certified devices at up to 15W. The weight of the charger alone was measured at approximately 54g.

This is what it looks like when you actually put it on.

This is what happens when you combine the charger and stand and charge it.

I made a video showing the process from preparing the charging stand to putting on the Pixel 10.

The angle is fixed at approximately 65 degrees.

The bottom was finished to be non-slip.
