Patty made with Yachiyo Black Beef from Chiba Prefecture has already eaten the 'Yachikuro Burger' with the satisfaction of eating a single hamburger

While visiting Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture, to see the statue of Kabosu, the Shiba Inu dog that inspired the internet meme , I discovered a burger shop called Yachikuro Burger at the south exit of Keisei Sakura Station, the nearest station. By the time I got there, the order acceptance time had already passed, so I couldn't eat there, so I went back and tried a burger made with Yachiyo Kuro beef, a brand of beef from Chiba Prefecture.

We arrived at Keisei Sakura Station.

Yachikuro Burger is located near the bus terminal at the south exit.

The menu looks like this, and in addition to the 'Yachikuro Burger' which has the same name as the shop, there are various other burgers. You order at the counter when you enter the shop, and the eat-in space is on the second floor.

There is a 'Yachikuro Set' available exclusively for dine-in customers, which includes the Yachikuro Burger, a drink, fries, and nuggets, so that's what I ordered this time.

There was a Yachiyo Kuroushi character in the eat-in space on the second floor.

Iced drinks are served in glass jars like this.

The burgers are made to order and are brought out fresh.

The flag-shaped burger is stuffed with plenty of ingredients and is larger than a public transport card.

The whole wheat bun, custom-made by

Mars Bagel , a popular bagel shop in Sakura City, is fluffy and soft, and is a standalone item. The patty sandwiched between them, made with Yachiyo Kuro beef, is not a typical hamburger patty, but rather feels more like a hamburger steak cut to fit inside a hamburger. The surface is crispy, and the juicy meaty flavor comes out as you bite into it, making it a standalone hamburger steak. Add sliced tomatoes and pickles to the mix, and you're sure to be pleased.

The cross section looks like this.

The 'Yachikuro Burger' costs 1,250 yen (tax included) on its own, while the 'Yachikuro Set' that I ate this time costs 1,570 yen (tax included). Business hours are from 11:00, and last orders are at 14:00. They are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. In addition to the standard burgers, they also have a 'Monthly Burger' that changes every month, so it's a place where you'll want to try a variety of different burgers.
