I participated in the 'Omochabako' gourmet art card rally, where you can enjoy gourmet food in Hakodate and receive an original postcard
At the 'Omocha Hako' event being held in Hakodate on Saturday, July 12th and Sunday, July 13th, 2025, 22 restaurants in Hakodate will be collaborating with anime, games, and manga to hold a 'Gourmet Art Card Rally' where you can receive original postcards. It was quite a challenge to visit the restaurants while listening to the talk event, but I went around to a few stores.

◆ Jujiya Coffee Hakodate Station 2 Morning Market Store
Of the 22 stores participating in the Gourmet Art Card Rally, excluding the 24-hour Seico Mart and the Tsugaru Kaikyo Ferry Terminal, the store with the earliest opening time is Jujiya Coffee Hakodate Station Asaichi Store. It is located inside the Hakodate Asaichi building.
Among the various snacks and drinks on the menu, I ordered the Jujiya Coffee Hakodate Koufuku Catalana set.

The slightly bitter coffee mixed with the custard cream is enhanced by the crunchy, sweet caramel. It goes perfectly with the bitter hot coffee.
The postcard you will receive is from ' Isekai Munchkin .'
Hakodate
The Hakodate Magistrate's Office Rest House, Itakura Yanagi, is located within the ruins of Goryokaku, a special historic site .
In the center of Goryokaku is the Hakodate Magistrate's Office, which was established along with Goryokaku in 1864. After it was the site of the Hakodate War, it was demolished in 1871, but was restored in 2010 based on research into old photographs, documentary materials, old drawings, and more.
As much as possible has been reproduced; for example, since it is unclear what pattern the edges of the tatami mats had, they have been reproduced in solid black.
The Itakura Yanagi Rest House is located opposite the magistrate's office.

We arrived at Gotoken Main Store, the main venue for 'Omochabako.'
Cafe Terrace Brunet & Elizabeth is located on the first floor of the building.
There is a restaurant in the same building, so the menu mainly consists of tea, coffee and sweets.
This time I ordered the 'Soft Cake and Ice Cream Set.' I chose Hokkaido Vanilla for the ice cream and hot Hakodate Night View Black Tea for my drink.
The black tea is a blend of grapes, giving it a sweet and rich aroma. The teapot contains enough tea for one and a half cups.
The soft serve ice cream is a dessert that was created by Gotoken's first head chef, Eikichi Goto, using the castella cake from his hometown of Nagasaki as a reference, and the recipe is still passed down today. It is a gently sweet cake that goes perfectly with the cool soft serve ice cream.
Information on each store, collaboration works, business hours, etc. is as follows. Please note that at the Tsugaru Kaikyo Ferry Hakodate Terminal, you will not purchase any goods, but will receive a postcard when you board the ferry departing from Hakodate on the day. If you collect three postcards and take them to the headquarters table in the merchandise area on the second floor of the Gotoken main store, you will receive a special original postcard.
