The Super Modded Ultimate Ironmon Challenge was devised by streamer iateyourpie in 2024. The rules are based on the Ironmon and other challenges that iateyourpie has devised so far, and the use of a randomizer is mandatory, and AI is applied to the trainers that appear in the game to make them play smarter.
The rules of the Super Modified Ultimate Ironmon Challenge include: 'The levels of all enemies, trainers, and wild Pokemon will be increased by 50% compared to normal,' 'If a Pokemon faints, it will become unusable,' 'You can only catch or defeat one Pokemon per road (meaning you can't battle wild Pokemon to level up your Pokemon),' 'You can only catch a total of six Pokemon,' 'You can only use one Pokemon,' 'Once you enter a gym, you cannot leave until you clear it,' 'Players can only catch Pokemon that are four levels higher than the highest level Pokemon they have,' and 'The use of any type of item is prohibited,' and there are many other prohibited moves and items.
Detailed rules for the Super Modified Ultimate Ironmon Challenge are summarized on the following GitHub page.

Reimi , a streamer who took on the Super Modified Ultimate Ironmon Challenge, finally succeeded in clearing the same rule on his 8,502nd attempt using ' Pokémon Fire Red .'
The Super Modified Ultimate Ironmon Challenge uses a randomizer, so any Pokemon may appear. In Pokemon FireRed, you can get Pokemon from Professor Oak as a companion on your journey, but the first three Pokemon you can choose from are Club, Beetle, and Brionne. Reimi chose Brionne.
However, the Super Mod Ultimate Ironmon Challenge has a 'pivot rule' that forces you to switch Pokemon in the middle of the game. This rule requires you to catch three Pokemon in a specific area and replace them with the Pokemon you have. This led Reimi to choose Crobat as her teammate. Note that due to the influence of the randomizer, the evolution of Pokemon is also decided randomly, so Reimi's Crobat evolved from Ivysaur. When Ivysaur evolved into Crobat, Reimi's reaction was 'Well, I guess it'll work out somehow.'
Reimi's final Pokémon opponent was Politoad.

Regarding the Super Modified Ultimate Ironmon Challenge, Reimi said, 'Every time someone asks me, 'Can you clear this?' I answer, 'I don't know.'' 'To be honest, I thought I would be doing this challenge for years,' and explained that he was able to clear it because he was very lucky.
