Pokémon developer Game Freak's action RPG 'Beast of Reincarnation' is scheduled for release in 2026

Game Freak , the developer of the Pokémon series, has announced a new action RPG called ' Beast of Reincarnation '. Beast of Reincarnation was announced in May 2023 as ' Project Bloom ', and is scheduled to be released in 2026 on Microsoft's paid game subscription service Xbox Game Pass , Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.

'Beast of Reincarnation' is set in a post-apocalyptic Japan, a world ravaged by corruption and overrun with monsters. Humanity's last hope is an outcast named Emma, who has been cursed with the name 'Blighted One,' and her faithful dog companion Coo. Traveling through a sinister and ever-changing world, Emma and Coo will explore the unknown. The game is an action RPG built around technologically advanced combat.
