A video showing the Nintendo Switch 2 being disassembled has already surfaced, revealing the NVIDIA custom chip and Joy-Con 2 sticks

Nintendo Switch 2 was released on Thursday, June 5, 2025. TronicsFix , a gadget repair YouTube channel, has posted a video of the Nintendo Switch 2 being disassembled.

Nintendo Switch 2 with Joy-Con 2 removed.



There is a sticker on the connector part of Joy-Con 2, so peel it off.



The magnets for fixing the Joy-Con 2 are exposed. Both ends are secured with screws, so remove them with a screwdriver.



Next, insert the spatula and pry it open.



The back of the main unit can now be easily removed.



The inside of the Nintendo Switch 2 looks like this. Most of it is covered with a silver cover.



When the cover was removed, the cooling fan, battery, etc. appeared.

Remove the board.
