Acecook's local ramen 'Aomori Niboshi Ramen / Nagasaki Champon' review

Acecook's ' Local Cup Aomori Niboshi Ramen / Nagasaki Champon ' will be released on May 19, 2025. Niboshi Ramen from Aomori, where there is a culture of eating ramen in the morning, and Nagasaki Champon, a blend of the richness of pork bones and the richness of chicken bones, have been made into affordable cup noodles, so I tried them.

The package design for 'A local Aomori Niboshi Ramen' is based on green.

A packet of seasoning oil was glued onto the lid.

The ingredients are as follows. The soup contains 'niboshi powder'. The toppings are soybean products, naruto, and green onions.

The calorie content was 257 kcal per cup.

When I opened the lid to pour in the hot water, I could smell the strong aroma of dried sardines. It was topped with naruto and green onions, and was drizzled with powdered soup base.

Pour in boiling water and wait 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, add the seasoning oil.

Stir well and it's done.

I was expecting a thick soup because it was described as 'rich dried sardine soup,' but it was actually light. However, the smell of dried sardines was so strong that it was almost overwhelming. When I drank it, I could feel the strong flavor of dried sardines, but it was refreshing and had a clean aftertaste.

The noodles are 'round-edged thick noodles with moderate elasticity and smoothness,' and have a texture and elasticity that is familiar to those who are used to eating Acecook cup noodles. The aroma of the soup is quite strong, but the taste is light, so I was able to eat it smoothly.

Next, we'll try the local dish, Nagasaki Champon.

This one also had a packet of seasoning oil glued onto the lid.

The raw materials look like this. The toppings are 'cabbage, fish paste products, and corn.'

The calorie content was 267 kcal per cup.

After opening the lid, the fish paste product looks like sliced fish sausage.

I poured in hot water and waited 3 minutes.

Add seasoning oil.

Stir well and it's done. Unlike Niboshi Ramen, the yellow, green, and pink colors of the ingredients make it look vibrant.

The soup is slightly cloudy. When you drink it, you can taste the strong flavor, full body, and sweetness of the vegetables. It's a soup with a gentle flavor, yet with a strong presence.

The noodles are 'round-edged thick noodles with moderate elasticity and smoothness,' and have a texture and elasticity that will be familiar to those who are used to eating Acecook cup noodles. The soup has a strong flavor, and the ingredients, such as cabbage, corn, and fish paste products, are also well-packed, so I felt it was satisfying to eat.
