Below is the product roadmap newly released by Intel. It was revealed that 14A and 14A-E are scheduled to appear in 2027, and it was also revealed that 18A-P, a derivative of 18A, will appear in 2026 and 18A-PT in 2028.

Chips manufactured with 14A and 14A-E have 15-20% better performance per watt than chips manufactured with 18A. In addition, compared to 18A, the chip density is 1.3 times higher, and power consumption is reduced by 25-35% for the same performance. In addition, a technology called 'Turbo Cells' is also incorporated, which helps improve operating frequency and optimize power efficiency.

The 18A-P is an upgraded version of the 18A's backside power delivery technology '

PowerVia ' to its second generation, delivering up to 8% improved performance per watt compared to the 18A.

Additionally, Intel also announced that it will partner with Taiwan-based semiconductor manufacturing company

UMC to manufacture 12nm process semiconductors.
