ChatGPT, Copilot, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and others down due to a major Microsoft outage

A major outage occurred in Microsoft's search service, Bing, causing searches to stop working on Microsoft Edge, a browser with Bing as the default search engine, and also making ChatGPT, Copilot, DuckDuckGo, and other apps that use Bing's API unusable.
