Review of Anker's compact car charger 'Anker 535 Car Charger' that supports USB Type-C and can charge three devices at once

Modern people carry electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets wherever they go, so mobile batteries that allow you to charge devices on the go and car chargers that allow you to charge your smartphone or audio equipment while traveling in a car are very convenient. The Anker 535 Car Charger , a car charger from Anker, known for its mobile batteries and audio equipment, supports a high output of up to 67W and can charge up to three laptops or tablets at the same time, so I tried using it to see what kind of car charger it is.

◆Appearance
The box for the 'Anker 535 Car Charger' looks like this.

When I opened it, I found the car charger itself, a USB Type-C cable, and an instruction manual inside.

The main unit is palm-sized.

On one side there is a plug that plugs into the cigarette lighter socket.

On the other side are two USB Type-C ports and one USB Type-A port. The USB Type-C port supports Anker's fast charging technology,

PowerIQ 3.0 .

The total length of the body is approximately 6.2 cm.

The weight without any cables connected was 29g.

◆I actually tried it
Start the car engine and insert the Anker 535 Car Charger into the cigarette lighter socket.

When inserted all the way, the outline of the device will glow blue.

This is what it looks like from the side. It's compact and doesn't seem like it would get in the way of driving.

Insert your device's charging cable into the USB Type-A port.

Then I was able to charge the connected tablet.

When I measured it using the voltage/current checker '

COOWOO USB Current Voltage Trigger Meter ,' the voltage was 5.10V and the current was 1.39A.

Next, insert the charging cable into the USB Type-C port.

When you charge a PowerIQ 3.0 enabled device, a message will appear indicating that fast charging is occurring.

When I measured it with

the Root R USB Type-C Terminal Voltage/Current Checker , the voltage was 8.62V and the current was 1.25A.

You can also charge using all three ports at the same time.
