2.5 inch hybrid HDD with high speed and low power consumption with flash memory

Seagate seems to issue a 2.5 inch hybrid HDD combining flash memory called "Momentus 5400 PSD". The 256MB nonvolatile cache is installed, the return from the hibernate state increases speed by 20%, the power consumption is reduced by 50% by shortening the rotation time of the platter, and the rotation time is shortened, so the life of the drive will be extended.
